DAMAGED ITEMS

We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in good condition, however, please notify us immediately in the event that your order arrives damaged. If the item needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the requested part is compatible with their product model.

• ⁠The return of light bulbs is not allowed if the package is open and the product has already been used.

• ⁠Clearance items, parts and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, in resell-able condition and not installed.

• Please note: Under any circumstance, shipping fees will not be included in the refund.
